Hello! My name is Heather Jacob and I welcome you to my virtual resume' site. Years ago, I began spending a great deal of time on two wonderful hobbies: collecting trading cards and researching my family genealogy. As I became more proficient at using the internet for trading cards and doing research, I began looking for a way to also share my research with others. I started teaching myself basic HTML and website building techniques. I eventually wanted to utilize a database with my site, but I had no idea how to implement it, so I decided to go back to college and learn. Now I'd like to be able to put my schooling to use, not just for my own personal website, but also professionally. I am looking for a position where I can continue to learn and grow. I have a very strong work ethic and I believe I have a great deal to offer any IS or web development team.
