I found a great program for organizing my comics called Realms of Wonder. Check it out. The free demo is fully operational but only allows you to input 200 comics. The registered version allows for unlimited entries and only costs $15.00.

For sports cards, I found The Card Collector by CCP Inc. This software comes with checklist and prices for just about every sports cards set ever made! For a fee, you can periodically download updates to the checklists and prices. Check it out. I've also found it very useful in tracking my CCG cards.
